Street Food in Edae

While you are wandering around Edae shopping district for your window shopping, you may feel starved. There is street food around Edae shopping district as follows in a map below.  Your may try to eat at one of cart-moving stalls between main enterance of Ewha Womans University and
metro station of Ewha Womans University.

- Skewered food:
A merchant grills some skewered ingredients of
chicken or pork and vegatables such as pepper,
onion. We feel special taste with juicy and
  soft meat.

- Gyeran-Pao:
It is a bread within which an egg is. It is
delicous and sweet.  Please don't forget to give it
a try. It is one of traditional street snacks over
  Korea.

- Ddokbukgi:
It is a highly spicy-hot rice cake with hot pot
which is mixed with pepper paste, cabbage, fish
cake, instant noodle which is called 'Ramyun',
boiled  egg, and dumpling. It is pungent but
  drooling.

- Fish cake:
It is made of some ingredients which are grinded
with crab meat or rough fish or cuttlefish or
  shrimp, with green onion/onion/carrot/green and
red pepper minced, inclouding flour. It doesn't
smell fishy,  but chewy and too soft like a cotton.
If you could eat it with Ddokbukgi, it'd be more
  tasteful.

- Hotteok:
It is a Korean traditional snack. A floured
dough in a size of hand, in which brown sugar,
honey, chopped peanuts and cinnamon are
inserted, is pressed flatly on a big stainless steel
pan and cooked over fire. If we eat it when it is
  cold, it is more mouthwatering.
